* Outline the principles of pelvic, femoral and tibial osteotomies
* Outline recently developed surgical principles and techniques for the difficult hip and knee replacement
* Describe the recently developed principles and techniques in revision hip and knee reconstruction
* Discuss how to minimize and treat complications of arthroplasty and trauma procedures
* Discuss the medical management of the surgical patient
